What you'll do

• Lead and coach dispatchers
• coordinate schedules, lane assignments, and rotations
• monitor dispatch operations, yard activity, equipment, truck and trailer movement, driver activity, delivery times, logs, and on-time performance
• review calls and address customer concerns
• track railcar activity
• coordinate customer orders, loading, and delivery
• create shipping schedules
• communicate with drivers, managers, and customers
• collaborate with maintenance
• follow safety rules.
