Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator — Overnight Shift

The Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator — Overnight Shift role is onsite in North Canton, OH. The schedule is three 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM, including every other weekend and holiday. Pay is $31.75–$38.24 per hour. The role supports overnight nursing care at St. Luke Lutheran Community – North Canton. The coordinator oversees and coordinates nursing care during overnight hours, supports nursing staff, and provides direct care as needed. The role helps maintain care-plan adherence, respond to resident needs, and coordinate with clinical staff and interdisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

• Oversee and coordinate overnight nursing care
• ensure staff follow protocols, standards, and care plans
• provide direct nursing care and medication administration as needed
• conduct assessments, participate in admissions, and review care plans
• serve as a contact for residents and staff
• monitor resident status and escalate concerns to the Director of Nursing
• participate in MDS assessments and interdisciplinary care planning
• support staff training and development.
