Minnesota Cannabis Services operates state-licensed dispensaries and a production facility and is building retail teams for the Minnesota market. As a customer-facing dispensary associate, the role helps customers select products and understand cannabis while supporting a compliant, welcoming in-store experience. The work also includes point-of-sale transactions, inventory and merchandising, documentation, and store upkeep.

What you'll do

• Greet customers
• guide product selection and provide cannabis education
• promote loyalty programs and product launches
• verify customer identification and eligibility
• process transactions through point-of-sale and seed-to-sale systems
• follow state laws and internal procedures
• protect customer information
• report compliance concerns
• restock and organize inventory
• maintain displays, labeling, and pricing
• keep store areas clean
• follow opening, closing, and cash-handling procedures.
