What you'll do

• Consult with guests about desired looks, face shape, hair texture, and at-home maintenance
• perform individualized hair cutting and styling services
• educate guests on maintaining their look with salon products and techniques
• build guest relationships and make pre-booking recommendations
• develop technical skills through continuing education, guest retention, and at-home care recommendations.
