What you'll do

• Lead complex roadway and highway designs

• perform quality assurance and quality control
• identify and resolve technical, scope, schedule, and financial issues
• sign and seal engineering documents as authorized
• support bidding and construction
• mentor engineers
• improve design standards and processes
• communicate with clients
• contribute to proposals and business development.
