What you'll do

• Complete wholesale vehicle bill-outs and process related paperwork
• prepare title reassignments
• collect and track wholesale payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• prepare monthly schedules to reconcile payments
• maintain transaction documentation
• communicate with internal teams and external contacts
• use dealership systems and Microsoft Excel to track transactions
• assist with administrative duties as needed.
