Maintenance Technician — Edina Towers

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance work orders
• monitor and repair HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and other building systems
• perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• coordinate with property staff and vendors
• maintain tools and supplies
• perform groundskeeping and snow removal as needed
• respond to emergency calls during standby rotation.
