The Fulfillment Warehouse Lead role is onsite in Saint Cloud, MN. Compensation is $24–$30.75 per hour. The position supports Spee-Dee Delivery Service’s standard next-day ground delivery business and its main sort facility. The lead directs daily warehouse and fulfillment operations, coordinating staff, inventory, and workflow so assignments are completed accurately and on time while maintaining safety and service standards.

What you'll do

• Monitor warehouse staff attendance

• oversee daily fulfillment goals
• resolve discrepancies with staff and management
• hold weekly meetings
• develop stock-location and picking strategies
• coordinate physical inventory and cycle counts
• audit incoming freight
• develop procedures and performance standards
• manage inventory quality and accuracy.

Why this role

Available Monday–Friday shifts are 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; about five hours of overtime may be expected weekly, paid at time and a half after 40 hours. Forklift certification must be held or obtained.
