What you'll do

• Travel to fleet maintenance facilities to provide maintenance support and training
• conduct and assess training sessions
• create training-retention and impact metrics
• train new hires on policies, procedures, and fleet maintenance software
• review complex out-of-service issues and provide technical assistance
• assess apprentices and conduct final skills tests
• assist with shop vacancies, special assignments, and operations support.
