What you'll do

• Store food properly
• follow sanitation and infection-control procedures
• cover food during delivery
• deliver meals and supplements on schedule
• provide fresh drinking water
• follow isolation-tray and hot-cart procedures
• dispose of waste
• sanitize food-preparation equipment, dishes, and utensils
• return items to their proper places.
