What you'll do

• Assist attorneys through employment litigation from case initiation through trial and appeals
• draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and settlement materials
• file documents in state and federal courts using electronic filing systems
• organize electronic case files
• obtain and maintain client records and case materials
• coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, and meetings
• communicate with clients, expert witnesses, vendors, and other parties
• track deadlines and support case management.
