What you'll do

• Ensure the safety of children in the class
• plan and implement developmentally appropriate classroom practices using the school curriculum, Streamin3, and Learning Without Tears
• observe and evaluate children’s development and maintain student portfolios
• complete lesson plans, goals, and newsletters
• encourage self-confidence, problem-solving, and responsibility
• model respectful conduct
• communicate regularly with families
• maintain the arrangement, appearance, décor, and cleanliness of the learning environment.
