What you'll do

• Manage the new-business cycle from prospecting through onboarding
• maintain customer relationships
• build and track a sales pipeline in CRM
• prepare pricing proposals, RFP responses, and service agreements
• coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance
• resolve customer escalations
• prepare LEED letters when needed
• attend community outreach events
• manage tours and presentations
• assist with credit applications and customer risk assessment
• support materials classification, cold-call sales, and market development
• stay current on waste management news.
