What you'll do

• Evaluate clients for psychiatric disorders, diagnose conditions, determine treatment, and prescribe medication when necessary
• provide direct psychiatric treatment and continuing medication management
• maintain accurate records and meet clinical documentation and direct-service standards
• monitor service quality
• participate in required meetings
• maintain hospital privileges as required
• participate in a rotating on-call coverage schedule
• comply with applicable mental health laws and regulations.
