The Lifeguard — Per Diem, Monday–Friday role is onsite in Worcester, MA, with scheduling possible Monday–Friday from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.; assignments are as needed and hours are not guaranteed. Pay is $18 per hour. The Boys & Girls Club of Worcester serves youth ages 5 to 18 through programs in the Worcester community. This role helps provide a safe and engaging pool environment for Club members. The lifeguard follows Red Cross protocols, monitors member safety, and may assist with swim lessons and pool safety instruction when appropriate.
