What you'll do

• Perform scheduled, preventive, and unscheduled maintenance and repairs
• diagnose and repair plumbing fixtures, doors, locks, windows, cabinets, equipment, and building components
• complete installations, replacements, and remodeling projects
• assist with carpentry, HVAC, electrical, grounds, and landscaping work
• operate tools and equipment
• respond to facility emergencies
• maintain vehicles, machinery, tools, and supplies
• maintain lock and key systems and records
• document work in the ticketing system
• follow safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
