The Tooling Engineer & Technical Leader role is an onsite position based in Germantown, WI, with a base salary up to $120,000 plus overtime and bonus. Manpower Engineering is partnering with a precision tool and die company to fill this critical role. This role exists to provide technical leadership in progressive stamping die design. The engineer will solve complex manufacturing challenges, mentor staff, and contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the company, with potential for future equity ownership.

What you'll do

• Lead the design of progressive stamping dies from concept through final detail.
• Develop complete strip layouts, forming stations, and die components.
• Collaborate with toolmakers and production teams.
• Support quoting and early-stage design concepts.
• Mentor designers and influence future design standards.
