Assistant Superintendent

The Assistant Superintendent role is onsite in Denver, CO. The salary range is $90,000–$120,000 per year. The assistant superintendent supports the superintendent and project manager in executing construction projects by coordinating subcontractors, tracking costs, documenting daily work and safety, reviewing project documents, and helping resolve issues before they delay work.

What you'll do

• Prepare daily construction reports with weather, activities, manpower, and project photos
• maintain cost tracking logs
• communicate expectations to subcontractors and address issues
• schedule work proactively
• prepare daily, weekly, and event safety and SWMP reports
• review project documents and submittals
• maintain the project turnover matrix
• develop and complete punch lists
• and take on tasks that reduce the superintendent’s workload.
