The Relationship Banker role is onsite in Sugar Land, TX. Pay is $20–$21.50 per hour. East West Bank focuses on delivering a high-touch and technology-enabled relationship banking experience. The role also supports branch transactions and helps customers use digital banking tools while contributing to branch and team sales goals.

What you'll do

• Achieve team and branch sales goals across listed commercial and consumer products
• source and develop loans
• maintain knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products
• assist with withdrawals, deposits, transfers, payments, wires, and foreign currency exchange
• partner with colleagues to recommend suitable products
• communicate with customers
• educate customers on online, mobile, and self-service banking
• use digital resources to support customer banking needs.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred. Two or more years of customer service, teller, or sales experience and MLO experience are highly preferred. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
