What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• collect and record client progress and behavior data
• assist with behavior support plans
• provide one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans
• maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
