Enterprise Account Manager — SaaS

The role supports StraViso’s enterprise SaaS customers and its solutions for field operations, workforce dispatch, customer engagement, and operational intelligence. The account manager owns customer relationships, retention, and growth by understanding customer priorities and helping them realize measurable value from the platform. The role coordinates with product, engineering, delivery, and support teams to address needs, increase adoption, manage risks, and represent customer priorities internally.
