What you'll do

• Lead financial reporting, projections, and cash forecasting
• prepare scenario-based financial projections
• lead grant administration with Building Operations, Permanent Supportive Housing, and Behavioral Health teams
• coordinate pre-award, post-award, and closeout activities
• monitor grant reporting, billing, and compliance
• coordinate submissions and renewals
• report grant activity and utilization
• develop and monitor an annual work plan
• supervise and develop finance staff
• evaluate internal controls and administer budgeting, reporting, and grant-tracking systems.
