RN or LPN - Full Time Nights

Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care; collaborate with resident, family, and inter-disciplinary colleagues; coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education, and nursing interventions; serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks; function within the scopes and standards of nursing practice.
