What you'll do

• Perform and oversee formulation and laboratory activities
• maintain chemical and supply inventory
• support formulation scale-up and transfer
• collect and review laboratory and process data
• supervise staff and work assignments
• train and coach employees
• review batch records and logs
• update procedures and report deviations
• support equipment validation, incoming material testing, and investigations
• maintain traceability
• ensure GMP, OSHA, USDA, and FDA compliance
• support audits and continuous improvement.
