• Set up production lines across all three value streams
• monitor and maintain above-target OEE performance
• assist peers with troubleshooting and root-cause understanding
• work with cross-functional groups to resolve recurring issues
• back up maintenance with troubleshooting and higher-level repairs
• troubleshoot vision systems
• lead 5S improvements
• identify and follow up on improvement opportunities.
