What you'll do

• Prepare foods to customer specifications

• clean food preparation areas and the grill
• coordinate with front-of-house employees on food service temperature and order readiness
• operate kitchen appliances including a blender, oven, and grill
• assist other cooks
• estimate food consumption and organize preparation
• greet customers and provide courteous service.
