What you'll do

• Build and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and nurture programs
• manage audience segmentation, lists, and campaign deployment in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements
• maintain automated nurture and drip programs
• support A/B testing
• ensure deliverability, compliance, and accessibility practices
• maintain list data quality
• coordinate email and CRM alignment with Salesforce teams
• document workflows and support stakeholder training.
