Psychosocial Rehabilitation Recovery Coordinator

The Psychosocial Rehabilitation Recovery Coordinator works onsite at Park Center’s PSR Day Program in Nashville, TN. Pay is $21.58–$22.38 per hour. The program builds community with adults diagnosed with mental illnesses and supports vocationally productive and socially satisfying lives. The coordinator works alongside members to plan recovery goals, participate in program work units, and develop vocational, educational, and recreational activities. The role contributes to members’ recovery and community participation through person-centered support, skills training, documentation, and coordination with the staff team.

What you'll do

• Work with members on vocational activities and recovery plans
• collaborate with staff and members using trauma-informed and person-centered care
• help members plan a full work-ordered day and meet unit needs
• plan and perform program activities
• encourage members’ skills and ideas
• advise and advocate for members pursuing meaningful work through supported employment
• develop and lead recovery-based activities and psychoeducational groups
• maintain a caseload and document progress
• train members in daily living and job-readiness skills in work units
• communicate progress and growth opportunities to the team
• participate in some evening, weekend, and holiday activities as required.
