What you'll do

  • Oversee facility quality, regulatory preparedness, and excellence
  • lead regulatory preparation and mock surveys
  • assist with post-survey action plans and validation surveys
  • present findings to hospital governing boards
  • support hospital clinical and quality leaders
  • develop and monitor quality scorecards
  • coordinate survey schedules and reports
  • support patient safety, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
