Field Technician / Window Cleaner

The Field Technician / Window Cleaner role is onsite in Oakland, CA, serving residential and commercial properties across the Bay Area. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. ASF Clean Team provides exterior cleaning and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. The technician performs window cleaning and related exterior maintenance while following safety procedures and documenting completed work. The role supports the operations team in delivering professional, safety-conscious service to clients.

What you'll do

• Clean interior and exterior windows, screens, tracks, and skylights
• clean gutters and flush downspouts
• assist with pressure washing, soft washing, and other exterior maintenance
• safely use ladders, lifts, scaffolds, and company vehicles
• follow safety protocols and applicable regulations
• review job notes, document work, upload job photos, and communicate with clients, coworkers, and office staff.
