What you'll do

• Provide nursing care
• administer and record medications and treatments
• assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments
• reinforce healthcare instructions for patients and families
• participate in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
• assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• observe and report vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• maintain patient charts and a safe, comfortable environment
• assist with unit management and take charge of the unit as assigned.
