What you'll do

• Execute assigned culinary duties according to recipes and standards
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance
• support mise en place, preparation, and production schedules
• collaborate with culinary and service teams
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• support inventory accuracy and FIFO practices
• communicate shortages
• assist with banquet and event execution as needed.
