The Cold Food (Salad) Team Member role is onsite in Boston, MA, Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, and pays $21–$22 per hour. The role prepares and serves cold food items for Flik Hospitality Group at the Goodwin Procter location.

What you'll do

• Prepare sandwich meats, cheeses, condiments, and salads to production standards
• stock and replenish cold products
• store food using HACCP wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures
• clean and sanitize preparation and serving areas
• slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables to specified thickness
• and follow service, inventory, cash-control, sanitation, and safety standards.
