Iowa Women’s Foundation works to improve the lives of Iowa’s women and girls through research, education, collaboration, advocacy, and grantmaking. This role combines marketing communications, event management, statewide engagement, and administrative coordination to increase organizational visibility and support fundraising and relationship-building. The manager develops and coordinates content, plans events, supports outreach, and maintains project and event records.

What you'll do

• Implement marketing and communications across platforms
• coordinate website, email, social media, print, digital, event, donor, and stakeholder content
• maintain brand consistency and social calendars
• gather impact stories and track engagement metrics. Plan and execute events, coordinate venues and vendors, manage registration and event communications, track expenses, and conduct follow-up and evaluation. Support statewide outreach and relationships, maintain contact and participation records, and coordinate calendars, files, reports, presentations, and board materials.
