What you'll do

• Provide Level 1 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers
• troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• support scanners and Zebra printers
• assist with device setup, imaging, and user onboarding and offboarding
• log and track tickets and escalate when needed
• provide onsite hands-on support
• follow IT processes and maintain documentation.
