What you'll do

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
• develop and monitor treatment plans
• maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• participate in utilization reviews and medical-necessity discussions as needed
• coordinate with families
• contribute to program development and improvement
• collaborate with the treatment team
• assist with recruiting and mentoring clinical staff
• represent the organization with families and community partners.
