The Two-Way Radio Communications Service Technician role is onsite in Irvine, CA. Pay is $22–$36 per hour. The technician supports Hytera US customers, dealers, and the Sales team with radio equipment and related systems. The role keeps communication equipment configured, repaired, tested, and supported throughout its lifecycle. It combines hands-on diagnostics and repair with customer support, service documentation, and feedback to engineering teams about recurring product issues.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain two-way radios, repeaters, accessories, and related equipment
• configure and update radios and firmware
• provide technical support
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and integration issues
• manage RMAs and repair records
• prepare and test equipment before shipment
• manage demo equipment and spare-parts inventory
• maintain a safe workshop
• report recurring issues to engineering and product development.
