What you'll do

• Follow bread-making processes and recipes
• mix and bake breads and other baked goods
• operate production equipment and ovens
• check product quality
• complete checklists and cleaning lists
• prepare next-day setup
• rotate and track inventory
• support ordering, safety, sanitation, and customer service.
