Box Office and Customer Experience Representative

What you'll do

• Respond to guest inquiries by phone, email, SMS, social media, and in person
• provide information about events, tickets, policies, schedules, accessibility, and venue operations
• resolve routine concerns and escalate complex issues
• assist with ticket purchases, exchanges, upgrades, and transfers
• use ticketing platforms and CRM systems
• support event-day box office operations, check-in, and ticket scanning
• document interactions in Salesforce or designated systems
• provide onsite guest support and assist with event setup and operations as assigned.

Why this role

Seasonal position expected to run around October 12 through January 3. Schedule may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, with extended onsite commitments during event operations.
