What you'll do

• Coordinate domestic shipments of ESP equipment
• prepare and verify shipping and export documents
• schedule freight pickups and deliveries
• receive materials and verify quantities, condition, and documentation
• maintain inventory transactions and records
• collaborate on packaging, labeling, handling, and storage
• assist with cycle counts and audits
• investigate discrepancies, freight claims, and delivery issues
• provide shipment updates
• coordinate urgent field service and customer support shipments
• support logistics improvement and safety compliance.
