The Medical Device and Technology Associate Attorney is an onsite role in Washington, DC. Salary is $235,000–$310,000 per year. The attorney will join a nationally recognized Food, Drug, Medical Device and Agriculture practice at an Am Law firm.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on FDA requirements and regulatory pathways for medical devices
• assist with submissions, agency communications, and responses to regulatory inquiries
• counsel on post-market compliance, quality systems, recalls, adverse-event reporting, and enforcement
• advise on software as a medical device, digital health, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, and diagnostics
• research regulatory developments
• and develop product-lifecycle compliance strategies with clients and legal teams.

Why this role

A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in, or eligibility for admission to, the District of Columbia Bar are required. Medical-device regulatory experience is strongly preferred.
