What you'll do

• Assess wounds and document findings
• develop and implement individualized wound care plans
• provide wound treatments, dressing changes, debridement support, and negative pressure wound therapy
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• educate patients, families, and staff
• coordinate with physicians and care teams
• follow infection-control standards
• maintain electronic medical records
• participate in quality improvement and pressure injury prevention activities.
