What you'll do

• Lead and support 15 Field Service Technicians
• coordinate installations, service schedules, and inventory with Plant Managers and Delivery Drivers
• train hospital staff and internal teams on product use, safety, and compliance
• conduct audits and monitor service quality
• hire, train, schedule, and review service staff
• maintain records and regulatory compliance
• collaborate with Sales and Regional Operations.
