What you'll do

• Support community managers and division leaders
• create and maintain database records
• prepare reports, meeting materials, work orders, and other documents
• assist with account setup and onboarding
• track vendor insurance and W-9 forms and scan invoices
• assist with property visits
• support homeowner calls and requests
• and manage vendor proposals, contract reviews, renewals, and bid comparisons.
