It contributes by coordinating with service staff and the expo, maintaining food safety and sanitation, and keeping the kitchen station stocked, clean, and organized.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook food using methods including grilling, frying, baking, broiling, steaming, and microwaving
• measure, assemble, and portion ingredients according to recipes and menu specifications
• handle re-cooks and special orders
• maintain food quality, safety, sanitation, inventory, and station cleanliness
• set up, stock, and break down the kitchen
• communicate with service staff and expo.
