The Data Engineer role is fully remote. Compensation is not specified. The engineer supports a financial services client’s major CRM data migration initiative. The role prepares and transforms legacy CRM data for migration into new platforms by building and running Snowflake pipelines, improving data quality, and preparing clean datasets for downstream integration teams. It also supports data-steward review and remediation in collaboration with technical implementation teams.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Snowflake data transformation and MDM pipelines
• profile, cleanse, deduplicate, and transform legacy CRM data
• perform record matching and survivorship logic
• stage and move data between Snowflake environments
• develop and test data-quality and record-matching rules
• use SQL and Python to prepare large datasets
• support data-steward review and remediation
• and collaborate with technical implementation teams.
