This role supports the Service & Support department at Heidelberg Materials, a global leader in building materials, by managing customer relationships and driving sales growth across three Illinois plants. The role exists to identify and pursue new sales opportunities while maintaining existing client accounts. The Sales Representative collaborates with internal teams to ensure exceptional service and timely product delivery, contributing to the company's overall sales strategy and market objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets from three central Illinois Plants in Nokomis, Fairmount and Decatur.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
• Establish strategy for achieving sales goals in alignment with company objectives and prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
