The Flight Line Service Agent – A Shift role is onsite at the Frederick Douglass–Greater Rochester International Airport in Rochester, NY. The listed pay range is $17–$22 per hour. USAirports Flight Support provides fueling, deicing, hangaring, maintenance, cargo handling, and other support to general aviation and transient aircraft. The agent supports safe and efficient aircraft and passenger operations on the flight line. The role handles fueling, deicing, aircraft movement, ramp upkeep, and customer assistance, with training provided for key operational tasks.

What you'll do

• Refuel and deice aircraft and ground service equipment
• drive fuel trucks and ground support vehicles
• park, tow, store, and secure aircraft
• direct aircraft and vehicle movement in operating areas
• maintain ramp, lounge, and parking-area cleanliness and security
• move aircraft in and out of hangars
• assist passengers
• meet arriving and dispatch departing aircraft
• monitor fuel inventories
• provide requested lavatory, water, supply-restocking, and shuttle services
• complete required training.
