What you'll do

• Welcome patients and guide registration
• respond to inquiries in person and by phone
• document demographic, identification, financial, and insurance information in the EHR
• verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• assist with financial applications and payment options
• collect point-of-service payments
• coordinate with clinical staff and departments
• support telehealth registration and appointment preparation
• maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA, HRSA, regulatory, safety, and security requirements.
