What you'll do

• Provide tier-2 application incident support
• monitor production applications
• coordinate support with infrastructure, integration, reporting, and help desk teams
• assist with low-complexity implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing
• modify tables and master files under senior staff direction
• follow documented procedures
• troubleshoot and maintain applications
• act as a liaison between customers and support staff
• provide ongoing support, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
